Alvi Beauty

Alvi Beauty is a booking product for at-home beauty services. Romarianec Tech contracted me for the backend and the parts of the system architecture that had to hold the whole thing together.

The product spans four mobile apps (iOS and Android for customers and for providers), a web booking flow, a provider dashboard for schedules and bookings, and a super-admin dashboard with full visibility and control. The main risk was consistency: six surfaces sharing one set of users, bookings, and provider data, and one backend that had to keep them agreeing without becoming hard to change.

I built that backend on Node.js and MongoDB, with the mobile apps in React Native so both platforms ship from one codebase. The team was two developers, a designer, and a QA engineer.
