Fetch Agent Real Estate Platform

Fetch Agent is a US marketplace that matches homebuyers to real estate agents on the criteria that actually matter to a buyer: experience level, commission model, contract terms, and availability. I was the senior backend engineer.

I built the APIs behind the web app and the admin dashboard on Node.js, Express and TypeScript with PostgreSQL and Redis, and the filtering and ranking engine that turns a buyer's criteria into an ordered set of agents. The priorities were a system that scales without becoming fragile, security, performance, and clean data flow between the product surfaces.

Where product and implementation had gaps, I also picked up frontend and admin work to close them. The platform is live and in use.
